'Ello folsickles. Today's review will be for the CVS Avocado and Oatmeal Purifying Clay Facial Mask

Availability: This product is exclusive to cvs.com and its physical store locations where the larger sized tube is $3.99 for 6 oz or $1.99 for a sample .5 oz.

Would I buy this again?:  Probably not.

What is this product designed to address?
According to neutrogena.com this is what the product is and what it does:
Moisturizes and deep cleans pores for normal to combination skin.
If nourished, ultra-soft is what you seek, look no further than this purifying Avocado and Oatmeal mask. Creamy clay gets into pores to remove dirt and oils while nutrient-rich avocado and oatmeal moisturize and soothe, resulting in super-soft skin. You'll get a deep clean and lasting softness you can really feel. Ideal for normal to combination skin.
Finished product not tested on animals.

Does it contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
Bentonite Clay - has toxin-absorbing properties, assists with skin healing
Kaolin Clay - helps to detoxify the skin and draw out excess oil
Avocado Oil - Helps treat acne, blackheads as well as assists in hydrating the skin
Oat Kernel Extract - has skin-soothing and balancing properties.

What is the texture like?
This feels like a refreshing, moisturizing mask.

Is it scented?
This smells clean, like you'd imagine a mix of avocado and oatmeal smelling like.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
If I'm going to be honest with you all, I feel like it would be less expensive to simply mix avocado with oatmeal and apply that to your face. This is nice but I find it doesn't do much in terms of clearing up my skin, not as much as I'd like anyhow. It feels nice and looks like your typical green spa-mask but I wish it would do more.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Disclaimer: I purchased this myself.
