What is this product designed to address?
According to olehenriksen.com this is what the product is and what it does:
What it is:
An innovative, natural eye balm with a breakthrough patent to lift and smooth the areas around the eyes and lips.

What it is formulated to do:
This cutting-edge eye balm is powered by a patent combining vine resveratrol with micro hyaluronic acids for an unparalleled age-reversing effect. Formulated with advanced peptides and an anti-puffiness plant complex, this eye balm helps lift the look of eyelids, reduce puffiness and dark circles, and smooth the appearance of wrinkles. The texture is silky and melts into skin without the use of synthetic emulsifiers.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Phthalates

What else you need to know:
Research has unveiled a surprising synergy between a molecule from grapevine called resveratrol, and a complex of micro hyaluronic acids. While each ingredient is effective on its own, the combination is a breakthrough because it helps support the skin's own production of natural hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the skin and plays an important role in hydration and preservation. A decrease in hyaluronic acid quantity and quality with age leads to dryness and the appearance of wrinkles. Caudalie's new patented complex helps support the skin to make its own natural hylauronic acid. This fragrance-free product is opthamologist approved for use around the entire eye area, and suitable for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers. A total of 97.2 percent of ingredients are of a natural origin.

Research results:
% of satisfaction, 100 people, 28 days:
- 80% of testers reported a reduction in undereye puffiness

Does it contain any special/beneficial ingredients?
According to sephora.com:
-Vine Resveratrol with Micro Hyaluronic Acids: Feature an age-reversing effect to support the skin's production of natural hyaluronic acid.
-Peptides: Visibly lift and redefine contours.
-Plant Complex: Visibly lifts eyelids and diminishes dark circles.

What is the texture like?
This feels like a really hydrating gel-creme-balm... it's a unique texture.

Is it scented?
There's no discernible scent.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
Alright I've only used this twice a day for three days now so I can't say I've noticed any type of change. That said, it feels really nice and smooth on the under-eye and the eyelid area and it's certainly helped with the awful eyelid dryness I've been getting lately (I think the eczema decided to set up shop there this year... sadness), I can certainly get back to you guys with how I feel about it once I've used it more frequently if you'd like.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
